SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses in Norway. International shipping to the European Union is available on request — please contact us at hello.reliev@gmail.com for a quote.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the chosen delivery method. We ship via Bring/Posten, Norway's national postal service.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard delivery within Norway takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas in Northern Norway may take slightly longer.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number on Bring's website to follow your package in real time.

Order tracking

All orders include tracking. If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello.reliev@gmail.com.

Failed deliveries and address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 10+ business days after dispatch), we will investigate with Bring and arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs and duties (international orders)

For orders shipped outside Norway, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
